Mrs Connolly says, "Bleadon Village is small and beautiful. Its name means 'coloured hill' and it was listed in the Domesday Book in 1086, so it has a long history. I love this view - I've known it since I was a child. Even on a rainy day, I love to look at it."
Continue south from Uphill along Bridgwater Road and follow the signs to Bleadon. It's 4km south of Weston-super-Mare.
