The Grand Pier is an iconic image of Weston-super-Mare and of seaside towns around the country. It was a huge blow to Weston when the Pier burnt down and it was a real detriment to the town. With the new Pier almost complete it can offer a new lease of life to the town and put Weston back on the map as a premiere seaside resort.
